The Wi-Fi Guy came to life from a casual conversation with my wife over a glass of wine. While discussing our day, my wife mentioned that one of her clients had problems with her Wi-Fi and Alexa.
She found the perfect moment to ask for my help with her client, and of course, I agreed. With a thankful grin, she said, “You know, you’re the Wi-Fi guy! You just got to help us all out!” And we had a good laugh.
Then we really thought about it. I’ve been helping friends and family with similar problems for years. And the difficulties are real. With the many options of smart devices available to add to your home network, the setup and connection can become complex and overwhelming.
